TPDG Summer Internship Program

The Policy Dialogue Group’s internship runs June–August, with options to work remotely or from our Lagos office.

What you'll do:

Interns support our research, advisory, and policy work across Africa. Tasks include market research, landscape mapping, data analysis, proposal development, policy brief drafting, and communications support.

What we're looking for:

  • Current students or recent graduates in development economics, public policy, finance, sustainability, or related fields
  • Excellent written English (required)
  • French proficiency (highly desirable for Francophone Africa work)
  • Familiarity with development finance, climate policy, or agricultural systems (a plus)

What we're looking for:

  • Full-time preferred; part-time arrangements possible
  • Academic credit available (we coordinate with universities)
  • Small stipend provided; otherwise unpaid
  • Strong performers may be considered for ongoing roles or project-based work
